Free, usually within the week. I take levels while I am there, because the ground is what decides the price.

Anything you are not happy with gets sorted before you pay. Im here to help.

Free, usually within the week, and no obligation after it. If the ground is going to make the job more expensive, you find out then rather than halfway through.
